Led a multi-sector partnership with UNDP, IDF and IKEA Foundation to upskill and employ underprivileged women across four states in India. Launched 12 pilots that created job pathways for 500+ underserved women in sectors like retail and steel fabrication.

The Reclaimers Project
(South Africa, 2018)

Co-designed an inclusive waste management pilot with Unilever, DNV GL, and ICRC to recognize informal waste pickers (reclaimers) as key players in Johannesburg’s recycling system. Built trust, visibility, and inclusion for thousands of reclaimers.
